 Weekly Zoom Mindfulness Drop-in

1h The Mindfulness Drop-ins are happening online via Zoom. 

On Wednesdays from 2pm to 3pm (London time/ GMT)

This is a chance for us to practice Mindfulness as a group. Keeping on going with your mindfulness practice and expend your awareness in a safe environment. 

This space is open to all regardless of your experience as a meditator.
