Individual Therapy Face to Face, Walking and talking, and Online

£75 per session.
​
Concessions available for people earning less than £20,000 per year.

Couple Counselling:
​£120 per a 60min session.​
Concession:
​from £90 depending on your combined earnings as a couple, concessions available for couples earning less then 25k/annum.
Group Therapy:
From £25 to £45 per group sessions (depending on your earning), to be paid for weekly with the first group payment taken after the free 1 to 1 assessment consultation as a non-refundable deposit for the group.
The groups run during term time only.

Seaford evening Therapy Group: 12 Thursdays from the 2nd of November 2023 to until and including the 7th of December 2023 and and from the 4th of January until and including the 8th of February 2024 from 6.15 to 7.45pm.

Hove Therapy Group: 12 Thursdays from the 2nd of November 2023 to until and including the 7th of December 2023 and from the 4th of January until and including the 8th of February 2024 from 9.45am to 11.15am.
