Our Services and fees
I believe counselling should be accessible and affordable for all. This is why my fees depend on your income.
Fees over £70 will be used to provide concessions for people who earn below £25k/annum.

Sliding scale
I believe paying for therapy should not be an added stress for my clients. This is why I am flexible with my fee and am open to discuss your fee before or during the initial session. I use a sliding scale depending on people's income as a guide rather than a rule as I understand we all have different financial situations to take into account.
The following are the suggested fee per session depending on income:
£50 for income below £15k/annum
£55 for an income of £15k to 25k /annum
£70 for an income of £25k to 50k/ annum
£75 for an income of £50k to 85k /annum
£85 for an income of £85k to 100k/annum
£95 for income of 100k to 200k/annum
£130 for income above £200k/annum
The Insurer Cigna covers sessions with me.
Please check your insurer whether sessions with me would be included in your cover.
If you have another private health insurer, your cover might include psychotherapy sessions. Please check with them and discuss this with me if you would like your insurance to pay for the sessions.
You can pay by BACS transfer.

Couple Counselling:
from £80 depending on your combined earnings as a couple, concessions available for couples earning less then 20k/annum.

£70 for non tax payers and for couples earning up to £20k/annum
Then add £1 every £1000/annum earned above £20K. Concessions may be available for people earning less then £20,000/annum depending on spaces available. Please call me on 07825678377 to enquire.
Eg:
£67 for couples earning £27k/annum
The maximum fee for couple session is £200. Any payment over £90 will be used toward concessions for couples earning less than £20k/annum.
Group Therapy:
From £25 to £45 per group sessions (depending on your earning), to be paid for weekly with the first group payment taken after the free 1 to 1 assessment consultation as a non-refundable deposit for the group.
The groups run during term time only.
Seaford evening Therapy Group: 12 Thursdays from the 2nd of November 2023 to until and including the 7th of December 2023 and and from the 4th of January until and including the 8th of February 2024 from 6.15 to 7.45pm.
Hove Therapy Group: 12 Thursdays from the 2nd of November 2023 to until and including the 7th of December 2023 and from the 4th of January until and including the 8th of February 2024 from 9.45am to 11.15am.
