One to Ones sessions

£75/50min

When I work with people who experience Chronic Pain, the work is more than talking about the pain. We explore the many layers that impact our experiences and our relationship to the different layers as well. 

When we know the territory of experience and how the layers of our live interact better, we can experiment with changes using CBT, Mindfulness tools and more. 

During our work, you will not only understand your experience better, you will also practice change in safe environment and will be guided and supported throughout.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week courses (MBSR)

£300 or £250 with concessions

​

These groups of 2h/week for 8 weeks are great to experience the mindfulness tools. This is not an academical course but an experiential one where your felt sense and your experience are at the center of the exploration. ​Being with your present experience in a non-judgmental way can be a radical change in managing Chronic Pain.

Working on a common problem as a group gives us the opportunity to learn from each-other and expand our tool kit and it is also so much more than what is said. We can learn to be with others in a safe environment, observe how we experience relationships as well as giving us the opportunity to experiment. 

With Chronic Pain, we tend to isolate and another helpful aspect of group work is the sharing and belonging.
